When was the last time you though of someone else?
"Geez, I'm a pastor; I think of someone else all the time! I have no choice. What a super holy answer. Well, the last person that I was specifically thinking of was... I was just talking with one of the guys at church who's little kid is struggling with some physical things outside of his control. I was listening to him share about how hard it is as a parent and as a man to watch his little girl struggle and suffer knowing that he can't really do anything to help her but sit there with her while she's suffering and hoping that they'll figure out what's wrong so that ultimately it will go away. That was on my mind, thinking about how hard that is for him and how that burden weighs hard on his soul. So in a small way, just trying to carry that for him. I was just thinking about that and how to support him through that. So yeah, that was the last time I was thinking about somebody else and it was today."
